Easy Account Setup
Getting started is easy! Simply send us an email with your name, company name, and contact information. Once we receive your application, our team will work to set you up with a wholesale account. Upon approval, you will receive a special invitation via email granting you access to place orders directly through our website.

Wholesale Account Requirements
At Shywool, we value partnerships and want to ensure our products are presented in the best possible light. To become an approved wholesaler, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Must own a physical store with a sales license
- Wholesale orders are typically shipped within seven business days (except for pre-order promotions) and we will email you any out-of-stock items
- Minimum order amount is $500

Special discounts for stores, schools, non-profit organizations, or artists
If you are a shop, school, nonprofit, or artist, please read the policy below and then fill out our registration form if you would like to apply.
- For the artist discount, we require proof that you are actively selling, teaching classes, or showing finished products that you would like to create with our wool.
- We also offer discounts on bulk orders to schools, libraries, and nonprofits.
- We charge actual shipping costs for orders to schools, artists, and nonprofits. Any shipping overage will be refunded.
- We offer artist/nonprofit discounts on most items in our private label line, but not all. We do not wholesale scrap bags, tools, and items on the “Everything Else” page. Some other items, such as core wool, coaster blanks, and boxes in various colors, are only partially discounted.
- We love seeing what our customers create with our products! Feel free to send pictures of your work to [email protected]
- If you are a shop, school, nonprofit, or artist, we would love to promote the Shywool brand on your social media, website, or other means if circumstances allow and you would like to.
About Reselling Shywool Branded Products
For brick-and-mortar stores or online retailers who want to resell our kits and supplies:
- We currently offer a drop-shipping service.
- We support both brick-and-mortar sales and sales through your own website. We do not allow our items to be sold on Etsy, Amazon, Ebay, or other third-party sites.
- We do not currently enforce any minimum requirements, but we may add them in the future. We want you to be able to try what you want.
- Many of our kits do not come with mats. Please be sure to read each listing carefully and bring mats separately for kits that require mats. If your customer requires felt mats to complete the kit, please let them know. If you have already purchased mats from another supplier, that is OK; they do not have to be ours. Kits and mats need to be added to the cart separately.
- We charge actual shipping costs for wholesale orders. Any excess shipping costs will be refunded.
- We offer wholesale discounts on most items in our own brand line, but not all. We do not wholesale scrap bags, tools, and items on the “Other” page. Some other items, such as core wool, coaster blanks, and boxes in various colors, are only partially discounted.
- We do not allow rebranding, co-branding or de-branding of any of our products. Please keep the Shywool packaging on our products. Thank you!
- After filling out the form, once approved, you will receive an email asking you to activate your account by creating a password. Once you have done that, you will be able to log in to order.
